A19 Beck
Just underneath the A19 flyover bridge in Stockton layes the small muddy beck to which most local mud fan of teesside enjoy -
the main part of the beck is used as a overflow from the river tees (the other side of a gate system) tho up stream the beck opens out to a public sight not best visited.
The muddy beck area just under the A19 has tree coverage on both sides of the beck should any dog walkers or member of the public go past, the mud is about 2 feet deep in some places and can have some form of slugde under it tho having the main banks of the river tees just metres away for easy cleaning off or muddy walks along the banks can be helpful.
*best to wear overalls and footwear in this area*
