Preston
This is a narrow bit of deep smooth mud alongside a canal so its got some good water to clean up in :) its quite private and u need to go through a filed of cows to get there. ive got up over the waist but reckon you could go deeper. there's some shallow bits as well. Its also near some more mud which is thicker and not as deep. It is tidal so make sure you check them first otherwise no mud just water :(
