TELFORD MUD
Not sure if there are any fellow mudders in the Telford area in Shropshire, but during the past month, I have found several great mudding areas near Telford. All are accessable via Public footpaths, but at least 3 of the spots are well secluded from the paths. One of the spots I discovered during my last visit a few days ago, was about 2x2 metres and turned out to be around 4ft 6ins deep, of very thick grey sticky mud!!! I'm 6ft tall, and struggled to get out, but it was great fun. (I was wearing wet suit and green wellies by the way)!!! Further exploration found me wallowing around in some very wet, sloppy creamy mud, but this was only 2ft deep, and much easier to move around in!!! I shall be returning to the area as soon as time permits, as there are further areas close by that need exploring. If anyone wants to join me, then message me here, or at cwp211@yahoo.co.uk.
