So today i finally got around to meeting the guy who ll be taking me pictures at my local mudspot

I tried lying down and rolling in the mud today for the first time covering my waterproofs from neck to boots. Boots are totally hanging from the mud  

The dirtiest i have ever got

Boots got sucked off in the mud but it was alot of fun

Got around 200 pictures to upload when the cd arrives in the post

I'm gona gunge myself tnight.  I've got loads of the usual stuff in the kitchen and wana get as filthy and stinkin as possible.  Got plenty of scally kit to gunge myself in.

What gunge and food shud I use and where?
What kit d u want me to wear?
I'll email photos to ppl who give we suggestions :)

Discovery Channel in the UK are starting a new series on Tuesday at 9pm, called Swamp Loggers. All about lumberjacks working in America's swamplands, expect to see the mud flying!!

ive been getting muddy for years n still cant seem to get clean up right.

Today I wallowed in a sloppy mud puddle wearing layers but clean up operation was a mess I still had to walk back to car covered in mud. Anyone got any ideas how I can get muddy with easier clean up.

I would like to get some adwise about taking pictures. While looking, and really enjoying some of your pictures, I have often wondered how the best of them are taken. What camera, tripod, flash, etc?, a pal using the camera?

It seems that the best are taken by a team: one man in the mud an other taking pictures. Does these anonymous photographers ever get any credit?

How to take self pictures? I just aquired a good camera that can be washed afterwards, but found that it is not so easy to photograph your self, my hands seem to be too short and I get too excited in the process. Any adwise or experience?
