Event Report, Somerset meet Aug 18, 2012
Submitted by hungdungdung on 20 August, 2012 - 09:15About 6 of us camped for 2 nights at Hollybush site, on the Blackdown Hills 5 miles south of Taunton. All agreed it was a really good site, both the campsite and the mud sites, the only downer was a pop concert that disturbed some of the group at night and possibly caused the cows in the neighboring field to make more noise than usual.
Manchester Pride weekend
Submitted by chickenhawk on 18 August, 2012 - 13:05Just wondering if any of you guys are visiting Manchester for the Pride weekend over the August bank holiday and fancy getting muddy whilst you're here? I live in Manchester and know a few places to get muddy, including a number of quarries and the Ribble estuary, where low tide is early afternoon for that weekend, and would be happy to show you around.
I don't have a car of my own, but I can give you directions and would be happy to share any fuel costs. If you need to get cleaned up before going back to your hotel/mates, I'm sure that could be arranged.

I like wearing sporty gear eg: footy socks and trakkies and hoodys :) I know of a few close places which is private etc and it would be a big plus if your GAY:) I am not just looking a 1 off meet but would like to build up a friendship oh in passing and no harm intended but married guys don't impress me as I was hurt a few times before.

Mud Meet-up in PA
Submitted by DCMudpuppy on 7 July, 2012 - 18:36Planning a mudding trip to a spot I like in southeastern PA next weekend, either Sat., or Sun. This would be the 14th or 15th of July. Both dates work for me. Anyone else interested? We hit a spot near York, about 10 minutes from I-83, kind of along the Susquehanna. Great spot, pretty hidden, NOT on someone's private property, and a good creek/stream for cleanup.
